A little while ago I took on a small project to liven up our "living room" in our studio apartment. We had two wicker tables my mother-in-law gave us, but their brown/green coloring didn't really go with the color palette I was going for: slate gray, mustard yellow, and ice blue with black accents.
So, I did what any D.I.Y.er would do: paint them! Wicker is a little tricky to cover completely, and I used more paint than I thought: two full cans. In my humble opinion, I think they turned out pretty well.
