I Forgot

In my previous very long post, I neglected to mention that on Easter Sunday, we had the Coons' family {Susie, Clay, & Noah} and my dad for lunch after church. I made my first ham. The roasted potatoes I made {which are very simple to make & tres tasty} were harder to cook than the ham. All I did was buy an already cooked ham at Vons {I saved $17 by the way} and brushed a mixture of orange marmalade & Dijon mustard over it, then cooked it in the oven for about 2 1/2 hours. It was beyond delicious. I love ham! And I love that we have tons left over and it was only $10! Susie made asparagus with ranch dressing, caramelized onions & bacon bits, and my dad made freshly-squeezed lemonade with lemons I got from a box someone brought to share at church. Can we do this again next Sunday? I love it when good food & good people are mixed together!
