Christmas Tree Bokeh Shapes

I've always wanted to do this and tried it out on our Christmas tree one night. It was fun cutting out little shapes out of paper and holding them up to the camera lens to see what would happen. The lights on the Christmas tree created hearts, triangles, and squares through the little holes once I opened the aperture as big as it could go and switched it to manual focus.
