We've been trying out different types of {healthier} breakfast options. Frosted flakes* pretty much make me gag so I had to try something better. Apples, cheese, bran flakes, fresh berries, and a yogurt drink are my absolute favorites. Got the ideas and photos from Real Simple's 9 Fast, Healthy Breakfast Ideas.
*that's what I get for letting Franco do the grocery shopping without giving him a detailed list. =)
