10 Goals In 2010 Update

At the end of January, Franco and I made a list of 10 goals {listed on the left} we wanted to accomplish this year in 2010. Ten goals...that's not a lot. But here I am in the middle of August and what do I have to show for it? Well, here is an update on

Anelieze's 10 Goals In 2010:

{one} Finally learn to play Claire de Lune on the piano~ all the way through.
Update: Uh, this one's not going so well. But I can play a few other {easier} ones like The Meadow, Avril 14th, and Cristofori's Dream.

{two} Make a dream come true for a family member or friend.
Update: No idea what to do or how I'm going to do this.

{three} Finish writing a story.
Update: A little explanation about this. I'm writing a silly little fanfiction story based on my experience being engaged and getting married. No, no one I know personally except Franco and my little sister has ever read it, and no, I won't let you read it either. I'm up to chapter 15, I believe, but I haven't written in months...


{four} Buy a better camera.
Update: Don't think this one will happen this year. But I found out how to borrow one for free from the library!

{five} Attend a session at the LDS SLC temple.
Update: Went to Utah twice and didn't get to do this. But I did get to visit two new temples--Manti & Timpanogos!


{six} Visit a place I've never been before.
Update: Visited Manti, Utah! That's as exotic as it's going to get.


{seven} Take a class, any class.
Update: Does this sushi-making class count?


{eight} Cook a French meal that tastes good.
Update: Does baking these creme puffs count?


{nine} Start a design business~ still working on that.
Update: Half done: started an Etsy shop.


{ten} Support Franco through taking the big test and applying to optometry school.
Update: Franco's applying to 11 optometry schools! And one of them is in Puerto Rico!!
