In this time of extreme budget cuts for education, we were very grateful to find out that the Santa Barbara Scholarship Foundation awarded Franco a substantial grant for his last year at CSUCI. This was an answer to our prayers and we feel very blessed. We went to the awards ceremony in Santa Barbara last month. I'm so proud of my Franky boy!
