Bear with me while I catalog our San Francisco trip.
I'm too lazy to make a scrapbook and I don't want to forget anything.
I am 23 now;
getting up there in old age
and the amnesia is already setting in... ;)
Wednesday, November 25: Left Camarillo at 8:47 AM.
First stop:
in Arroyo Grande,
11 AM.
Eclair from heaven.
The best eclairs I've ever, ever had.
I could hardly wait to dig in!
A second after this photo was taken,
I threw down the fork and just ate it with my hands.
I only regret that I didn't buy a hundred to take home with me.
Back on the road.
My reading material:
June 30th, 2010 guys, June 30th.
{I saw this official poster for it at a movie theater in SF!
I shouted and think I scared a few people around me.
CAN'T WAIT.}
Franco was a trooper and drove the whole way up there.
It was only six hours of driving, but some of the parts get pretty boring.
Thank you, love!
Coming in to San Francisco:
there was a lot of traffic, but thankfully ours was the first exit so we got out just in time.
We checked into our hotel, Hotel Whitcomb, at around 4 PM.
After the valet parked our car, we dropped our things off and headed back out.
We walked around to the mall on Market Street.
Then we walked up Van Ness, a main street lined with tons of stores.
I walked into H&M, a store I hadn't been in since Paris in 2005.
It was three stories and pretty cool.
We walked further up the street and found a six story Macy's!
Do all the stores in SF have multiple stories?
It sure seemed like it.

Macy's had a pretty sweet window display.
We walked out of Macy's and found Union Square!
It was a lot closer to our hotel than we thought.
They had a huge Christmas tree and an outdoor skating rink.
Lots of people, music, and Christmas fun.
Beautiful!
The Westfield Shopping Center had more than five floors. It was huge!
The movie theater was on the fifth floor.
Of course we watched New Moon again.
WAY better the second time.

Ummm... I love that scarf on you! I need to learn to pull them off better. And that eclair looks divine!
