I Felt The Rush Of A Thousand Heartbreaks.

-PenelopeI know it's old news, but I wanted to put in my two cents about the movie Penelope. I finally saw it last night {well, I almost finished it, so I don't know the ending, so don't spoil it} and I'm now sorry I waited so long to watch it. Here is the list of reasons why I like this movie and why you should watch it if you haven't already:

1. The plot line is original: a girl cursed with a pig's face? Gruesome!
2. The script is funny, eclectic, and endearing.
3. The actors play their roles very well.
4. James McAvoy is tres cute without hooves.
5. I love the costumes/outfits Penelope's character wears~check out her shoes!! I love them. She also wears some very chic dresses and coats. {I'm in the process of reinventing my wardrobe, so I'm always looking for inspiration.}
6. The soundtrack is beautiful; ethereal, romantic, calming.
7. I visited the website, http://www.penelopethemovie.com and I love the design! I'm also reinventing my portfolio website and like to get inspiration for that as well. It's very whimsical.
8. I'm sure it has a happy ending! {However predictable it may be.}

So go see it! Oh, and I like how Mr. Bingley from the 2005 Pride & Prejudice is in it. I so didn't recognize him without breeches...
